Who comes solo on the group trips?
About half of the guests won’t know anyone on a group trip.The other half may come with someone they know or have attended previous trips.
What if I need to cancel my trip? Will I be refunded?
We cannot refund trip spots, as we will have made many previous payments on your behalf and cannot guarantee any refunds. Please make sure to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself!
Can you help me arrange travel before and after the trip?
Of course! Please email office@openinvitetrips.com for help. Extending your hotel stay or helping with additional travel plans in advance is no problem.
What is WeTravel?
WeTravel is the booking platform we use for our trips. It makes all of our lives so much easier- from payments, to selecting room types, etc. It’s great! All of your purchases and payments for the trip will be made through our page on WeTravel.
